Whichever option you choose, the young person will have to step out of their comfort zone at their own pace. They need to decide which coaching format is best suited to their desires, needs and way of working.

MY ROLE

I’m there to get the young person moving, to get them to set themselves challenges in line with their objectives and to gently move them out of their comfort zone, using appropriate questioning and, above all, a lot of listening and kindness.

I don’t advise them, I don’t tell them what to do, I guide them to find their own solutions!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Where is the course?

Face-to-face, in a place where the young person feels safe and secure.

Video sessions are also available!

When is the session?

At the time of year when the young person most needs it.

How long does a session last?

1 hour per week at the time of day that the young person wants.

Number of sessions?

Between 6 and 10 sessions, depending on the young person’s needs.
